Worshiping Him, by embracing the calendar of the Kingdom!
I love diversity, just like our great God does. People from all languages, cultures and nations worship the Great I AM. What a privilege to be invited into the presence of the King of the universe, to come experience Him and delight in Him and get to know Him better in times of worship! Through worship we gain clarity concerning the issues of life, wisdom to navigate it and joy in the midst of the journey.
In my newly released book—Touching the Heart of God: Embracing the Calendar of the Kingdom—it was my heart to expose people to an incredible way to connect with our Father. You see, if we can really get connected to Him through Messiah Yeshua (Jesus), everything can change in our world. Pride, stress and strife will melt away.
In the first chapter of my book, I wrote: “God has been ‘connecting the dots’ of my understanding about life in His Kingdom, and He has highlighted for me a critical element that has been greatly ignored over the centuries—the Calendar of God’s Kingdom.” Like dots on a page, sometime the issues of life seem unrelated at best and a mess in some cases. Yet God’s heart is to connect the dots (issues) of your life, in a way that both blesses you and advances His Kingdom. You’re a part of His Kingdom, and His Kingdom plan includes you!
Much has been written and preached to date about Kingdom theology, doctrine, government and economics, but little has been said about the celebrations or the victories of our King, and their continued significance for today’s body of believers. Some fun homework: check them out by reading Leviticus 23!
