Testimonies

Cheryl Christmas

Dear Mr. Wilbur,

I received your DVD, "A Night of Extavagant Worship." After receiving your E-card, I had to purchase
this DVD.

I sat down to watch it on my pc...... so I could pick and choose for time sake what I wanted. I can't begin to
explain what I even felt after viewing this DVD. I don't know if there are words to describe it because I have
never seen anything like this before, nor felt anything like this before. Tears flowing and chest feeling so full and warm inside. Awesome. I can't wait to share it with others. The anointing built on each song, and once it got to Holy, Holy, Holy it was a full out bawl.

It is truly an anointed DVD of worship to the King!! I will be using it for worship now with our intercessors
before prayer.

Have a blessed New Year.

Testimony from L'Chaim

About three or four years ago I fell. I was at a Prison Fellowship meeting at a church that I had not been to before. They had a carpet in the Fellowship Hall that covered the floor and the “rise” that could double as a stage. I was carrying a tray of food and could not see where I was walking. I tripped on the corner of the rise and, being the “good guest,” I held my tray so as not to spill it and took the fall on my knees. The carpet had no padding, and I crushed the cushion in my knees. Being the hard-headed person that I am, I wouldn’t go to the doctor. My knees hurt so bad that for a while I was on crutches. I finally went to see a doctor, and he prescribed a medication to ease the pain but not fix the problem. I took the pain pills twice a day and four glucosamine conjointen to help rebuild my knees. It helped but still didn’t fix the problem.

Friday, October 3rd, we went to Shabbat. We attend a Messianic Jewish Worship service once a month. They are followers of our Lord Jesus Christ -- or, as they say in Hebrew, Yehsua ha Mashiach. During the worship, a man who was from the Ukraine was playing the piano, and he asked that everyone who had pain would place their hand on that part of their body. Well, I had pain in both my knees and my hips as well. I put my hands on my knees as he played. I could feel something in my body – kinda like the tingling feeling one gets at the beginning of going numb -- but I wasn’t sure of it. I had never experienced anything like this before. I didn’t pay attention the following day when Linda and I went to Union Correctional, but I had to walk a long distance to get to our meeting hall. Again on Sunday, I didn’t notice much either; the pain was gone, but I was busy and my thoughts were elsewhere. But on Monday evening, Bill and I went for a walk like we usually do – to take Daisey out. Usually I cannot walk the full distance, and I turn around and start back while Bill walks the full distance. This time I walked the full distance, and I noticed that my knees were not hurting. Not only that, but I also noticed that neither were my hip joints. Not only that, but I was keeping up the pace!!! I give all the Praise and Glory to our Lord. For the first time in years, I could get on my knees to Him to pray and give Him thanks. To our God be the glory!

Jim Dodd

I am Jim Dodd from Destin, Florida. I was at the Days of Elijah this Feb 1-3, 2008. I enjoyed it very much. I was also at The One New Man Conference in August where you lead worship. (I gave you one of the angel pictures this past weekend.) I am a retired band director (in the Florida Bandmasters Hall of Fame). I also am a trumpet player (used to play in three symphony orchestras.) Mary Louise Laney (known as Laney and, as you said, the stair-climber for Jesus), who was healed at the One New Man Conference and comes to the L'Chaim services from Destin, used to live with my wife Joanne and myself. I know her healing is very dramatic and very, very real. You came over and lead worship with Paster Sue and Walt Werner at Feast of Tabernacles in Fort Walton Beach, Florida in Oct. 2006. At that time, I told you the story of my wife Joanne, who went to be with Jesus in May, 2000. I have been meaning to write the story out and send it to you. You may not know how much God used you to bless one of His saints.

I can say in all truth that Joanne is the deepest Christian and best person I have known. She and Laney were best friends. Joanne had a dramatic conversion experience, where she physically saw and heard Jesus and received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. Joanne would rather spend time in the presence of the Lord than anything else. I have 4 or 5 of her Bibles all marked up and books of journaling where Jesus would tell her remarkable things (teachings and parables).

In 1999 Joanne was diagnosed with terminal Lung Cancer. She had smoked from 15 to 24 but had been delivered of that when she met Jesus. Joanne always loved Jerusalem and the Jewish people. She wrote a little Chorus called 'Jerusalem' that we still sing today during communion, and she loved your music. When she would fly to Houston to M.D. Anderson Hospital for treatments, she would take a VCR and play your Shalom Jerusalem and Jerusalem Arise videos. At home she would put on your CD and play In Your Presence on repeat and spend hours in the presence of Yeshua and the Holy Spirit! One time when she had to fly to Houston alone, she went to a little Bible Bookstore and saw a flyer saying that Paul Wilbur would be at a local Messianic Congregation for Friday Shabbat. She went and was so blessed. It was a special God Wink that He did for Joanne that trip to tell her that He loved her and that she was special to Him. Thank you, Paul Wilbur, and thank you Yahweh!

When she went to be with Jesus on May 2, 2000, she had been in a coma for about a week. All of a sudden, she opened her eyes, looking up at heaven, and her mouth was moving. I could not hear anything or see anything, but I know who was in the room with her and had come for her. The most beautiful smile formed on her face, and she breathed her last breath here and her first in heaven. I asked the hospice nurses if that was a normal reaction, and they said it was not.

When we are all in eternity, you will see how important you were to one of God's best. I am enclosing $---- to be used however you need to use it.

May You And Your Family Be So Blessed!!!

Love in Yeshua!

D.H.

I am in tears. This DVD exceeds beautiful as a description. How blessed we are to count you and your family as our family. I love you all.

M.M.

Shalom Paul: I received the above DVD Monday and have watched it
three times so far. It is far beyond the definition of the words professional and
inspirational. What a blessing it was to actually have been there that night
and now to be able to enter into the presence of the Lord in such a special
way every time I watch the DVD again.

Thank you for making this available to
all of us and for being such a wonderful man of God. I pray the Lord blesses
you, your family, and all at Wilbur Ministries abundantly.

Marcelle

Hi Paul: Thank you from the bottom of my heart for having this event. It was all that I prayed and hoped for and so very, very much more. The anointing and spirit of the Lord was continually present. Wish it could have gone on forever. Again, thank you, thank you and many blessings on you, your family, and Wilbur Ministries.

L. J. & Shirley S.

Just a brief note to say thank you and WOW!!!

Shirley and I were really blessed. We both commented “We were fed to overflowing.” The blend of speakers worked well and the worship was awesome. We really appreciate the “effort” that went into this conference.

Please know that we were and are continuing to pray for you all, and I hope everyone else received encouragement and refreshing to the degree we did.

Meeting everyone at PWM (that attended) helped us to “see” who it is that are going forth in the spirit of Elijah. You take us to places that would take two lifetimes to see individually. We wish to increase our giving to the “Watchmen” level as He has called us to be Watchmen on the wall.

Thank you again for a great weekend.

Dear Paul Wilbur and Ministry Partners,

I wish to express my most sincere thank you for your ministry and worship experience, which has blessed both my wife and myself tremendously. I would like to share a little story with you.

Just over one year ago, I was serving a 7 month tour in the middle east (Kuwait to be exact) with my helicopter squadron. Early in the year (2006) while I was overseas, my wife had gone to a L’Chaim! service and was so excited that she called me during the service from her cell phone! She told me how women came out dancing in authentic period clothing and how wonderful the service was -- even about the amazing song that blew her away (Days of Elijah). She also wanted to purchase some CDs and books, but unfortunately I told her not too. I know, I know… what a dumb mistake, eh?!

Well, not all was lost. Believe it or not, I was forced to be a convoy commander to escort some people to another base which had quadruple the amount of luxuries and amenities that ours had. I didn’t really want to go, but I didn’t complain! :) I drove about 2 hours, armed with my M16 tucked between my seat and the center consol up against my right leg. When I got there, I took a stroll through the PX (post exchange) and couldn’t find anything I wanted. I went by the Christian CD shelf, which had a meager selection, and nothing sparked my interest either. But then I saw something other than the traditional mainstream Christian band. I saw The Watchman. I almost put it down before I read the back, but I had to purchase it after I looked at it. I had already worn out the other Christian music that I had brought with me.

So I left there with only one item, a wonderful praise and worship CD. When I got back and listened to it, I was amazed and delighted! I had to call my wife and tell her about this new CD and worship leader, Paul Wilbur.

She said, “Who? I saw him here in Jacksonville! Remember?” Then I remembered who she told me about. And after I heard for myself, I wished I would have told her, “Buy everything!” :) I really do believe that God made me go on that journey just to get that CD. I’m serious. Afterwards, I listened to it when I was off work, doing homework, studying my Bible, and laying in my rack. Since then, I have returned safely and got to go to my first L’Chaim! with my wife, July 6th at New Life, when Sid Roth was there. My wife and I also went.

We wish to thank you, and we hope that this little story encouraged you all. May God continue to bless you mightily and anoint you with His precious Holy Spirit in all you do.

Semper Fortis, (Always Courageous)

Steve M.

Paul,

I just returned home from your “Days of Elijah” Conference in Lancaster. All I can say is WOW! The whole conference was outstanding. The speakers were fantastic and the worship was like being in heaven. Thank you and your team for putting this whole thing together.

I am the guy who told you that I was the converted Baptist! :) The turning point in my deeper walk with my Messiah occurred when you came to Berean Baptist Church in Mansfield, Ohio, for the first time in 2001. My walk with the Lord had grown cold, but that night the worship touched my soul and refreshed me. My Spirit was quickened, and I grew incredibly thirsty to pursue a deeper walk with the Lord.

I began attending a Messianic Congregation, in addition to my Sunday Church, and began to understand the Bible from a Hebraic perspective. I had been an adult Sunday School teacher for many years, and it was humbling to find out how much deeper the OT Scriptures could be mined. I am learning so much and have brought those new insights and perspectives into my teaching. My love for the Lord has grown so mucher deeper and vibrant as my understanding has increased and my worship has been more Spirit filled. Yes, I thank the Lord each day for you and how the Lord used you to jump-start my spiritual life.

I have had a long career in business management, primarily in human resources, manufacturing, and printing management. Although this has provided a living for me and my family, I have felt that the Lord has been preparing me all my life for a work He wishes for me to accomplish. I have spent about 14 years as a leader in the Evangelism Explosion Ministry and have taught evangelism courses in churches here in Ohio, in Albania, and in Switzerland.

During this weekend I have been convinced that Yeshua is indeed returning very soon. Before I thought He might, but now the Spirit has confirmed it to me. So, I ask myself : What can I do to help further the Kingdom to the greatest extent in the little time remaining? How can the Lord use me? I am totally sold out to whatever He has for me.

So now what? Henry Blackaby teaches in his study, “Experiencing God,” that we should look to see where the Lord is working and join Him. It is obvious that the Lord is working mightily in your ministry. If there is a way I can help, please let me know.

My wife and I are World Partners with you, and we will continue to support your work financially and prayerfully. Thank you again for what you have done in my life. I will always be grateful to you for shining the light in a new direction in my walk with the Lord.

Phillip

Paul,

I don’t normally do this, but because of the timing I just HAD to share this with you!

My wife and I run a few businesses, as I previously shared with you.

One of the businesses is a monthly publication (newsletter), which we put out for Periodontists across the country. About 8 weeks ago, a Dr. in Atlanta contacted us and was seemingly very interested in our product, but for whatever reason, after a few weeks his interest seemed to die down and he dropped out of contact with us completely. We were bummed, because it was going to be our biggest account, yielding about $20,000 per year in sales to us. Just this afternoon, he called Wendy (out of the blue) and wanted us to know that he is still very interested and wants us to get going on setting up his account!

Praise the Lord!

I really believe, as I told Wendy on the phone a few minutes ago, that this is the first of many rewards our Father in Heaven wishes to give to us for being obedient in supporting your ministry with our tithe monthly! How exciting!

What a mighty, mighty God we serve!

John and Lynn

Wow! Wow!! Wow!!!

What a great weekend! What a great conference!

We loved the music! We loved the teaching! We were blessed beyond measure! We even changed our plans to come back on Sunday to hear more.

We were Paul Wilbur "junkies" that weekend, watching "Shalom Jerusalem" and "Jerusalem Arise" before we went to sleep Friday and Saturday nights, and even playing "Introducing Israel's Hope" as we drove to Church on Sunday. (We didn't know that Paul and Sharon would be back on stage once again -- an added blessing!)

Thank you and Sharon for taking your time to be with us and for taking us to that great lunch. Our little group of friends love Middle Eastern food, and the chocolate popcorn was an unexpected delight. We only had a little left to share with Lynn's Mom when we returned home. We enjoy getting to know you and your family better, and we are blessed to know the kind of people that you are. We pray that God will continue to bless you and to use you to advance His Kingdom. We look forward to hearing more of the songs that you two are writing.

Thank you also for all that Wilbur Ministries does to put forth the Word of the Lord. We can certainly understand why a singer would want to lead worship, perform concerts, and make CDs and DVDs. What we are amazed at is that a Messianic Minstrel has been called to assemble the very best Bible teachers in the country and put on these amazing conferences. Praise God!

We learned a new appreciation for Jeff Seif and continue to be amazed at Michael Brown's depth of research and teaching. We believe that Paul, Jeff, and Mike are and will be the leaders in the Messianic movement throughout this country and the world. We know that there are many good teachers and leaders in the Messianic movement, but none have the potential of these three to change the world. We pray it will be so.

May God Bless you all and keep you.
May He make His face to shine on you and be gracious to you.
May He lift up His countenance upon you and give His peace.

Bishop Simon Chihana

Dear saints of the Lord,

I just wanted to take a little time and thank you all who stood with us in prayer for the car that I desired. The Lord heard your prayers and indeed he answered them!

The Lord gave us the car of our desire and choice, a Range Rover. May the Lord continue to use you and bless you in good things. One thing I can strongly say or testify is that we do not know who paid for this car except for the Lord.

All we know is that the company sent us the mail telling us to go collect the car from dar-es-salaam. This car is now in our hands for His glory and our use.

Praise be to the Lord, praise be to Jehovah, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel. Blessed be His holy name.

A small prayer group from Kuopio, Finland

Hello Paul Wilbur, and thank you for visiting in Finland on Easter. The worship was incredible for us on Saturday evening, and as you said, there were people who would get new garments of worship.

Worship is still going on in our small prayer group. We really hope that you will come again to teach and to worship with us. Someone said a long time ago that, when Jewish people run away from Russia to Israel through Finland, they will find a church which is a praising church.

We believe that these things will happen soon, but we must be ready. And we believe that in praise and in pray is our power.

We wish to see you and your friends again soon here in Finland.

God bless you and your family, all your life.

Angela Carmichael

I worshipped with you on Friday night in Jacksonville, and you very kindly gave me a DVD of Dr. Jeff Seif. I came from Vancouver, BC, Canada, especially for this wonderful experience.

I have become very familiar with your music and ministry over the last few months and have several friends in my church who are avid fans. I hope to be able to join with you again some time. God has planted a deep love in my heart for Israel and for His people.

While I love my church, a multi-cultural congregation with a wonderful African pastor (interestingly, called Calvary Worship Centre!) and over 60 nations represented on any given Sunday, I was so moved to worship with you all and am drawn to Messianic ministry from time to time. In Jesus' name, I bless you and your ministry and give thanks to God for the way I was encouraged and challenged on Friday evening.
